It is especially good for those who only have a small number of staff but need to have a simple, convenient, fast and reliable way to manage customer food orders.Under limited manpower condition, for example, where only one staff is responsible for preparing food and another responsible for taking orders, delivering food and collecting payments, Hawker Helper will be of great help, to be fast and reliably handling of food orders to improve service performance.
Hawker Helper way of processing food orders:
1.
Select a food item for the customer by clicking the food menu in Hawker Helper, click to confirm the customer table number, or use the customer gender or shirt colour to identify the customer.
2.
Food preparing staff prepares the food according to the "Waiting" list in Hawker Helper and clicks the order status to "Food Ready" when food is ready for delivery.
3.
Delivery staff delivers the "Food Ready" order to and collect payment from the customer, and then click to change the order status to "Delivered".

Delivery staff identifies the customer with the customer information (table number, gender or shirt colour) in Hawker Helper.
Hawker Helper has built-in food menu creation function.
To create an item in the Food Menu, take a photo of the food, crop it and name it, it is that simple.
The app can be run with mobile phone, but tablet is recommended.
